The almost instantaneous output current enables model-dependent current rise times of typ. 400 ns to 5 µs with a maximum current of up to 120 A. The special current control concept of the LDP-C series from PicoLAS has significant advantages over linear controlled systems, such as the reduction of power dissipation. Many drivers of our LDP-C series (from 80 A / 20 V) are equipped with the STACKPROTECTOR®, the integrated protection function for your laser diode.
